** Serious buyer only. **Order only if you are willing to wait. ** Payment shall be made into my account within 3 days after confirmation. ** All Prices are exclusive of postal/shipping charges. Shipping cost to be bare by the buyers. **Once place order(s) according to the form, NO BACKOUT is allowed. ** We reserve the rights to cancel the order in the case of the item is out of stock or in unsatisfied condition. Full item price will be refunded.(within 1week) **Order confirmation will be made through your email. ** All sales are final. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. ** We are expecting to receive the goods from supplier within 3-4 weeks upon order finalisation with my supplier. RESERVATION

♥ Reservation can be sustain for a period of 72 hours(3 days). Once the times up, it will be release to others once again.

PAYMENT

SHIPMENT

♥ Item(s) will be ship via PosLaju Malaysia. ♥ Postage fees are not included in the items prices. ♥ eclipsdesignhouse will send out the orders every Monday. ♥ Once you do not receive the goods, kindly send an email notify us in 7 days(a week) included the shipment period of 3 days.

CANCELLATION

♥ If you change your mind to the item that you had ordered, please send an email to us immediately for the cancellation of the particular order before its send out.

♥ RM5 of fee per order (1-2 items) will be charge for shipping within Peninsular Malaysia. ♥ RM1 will be charge for each additional item(s). ♥ RM9 of fee per order (1-2 items) will be charge for shipping between Peninsular to Sarawak & Sabah. ♥ RM2 will be charge for each additional item(s). ♥ RM 4 will be charge for Pos Express for each item(s). ♥ FOC of postage provided only when buyer purchased RM150 and above.

STEP2 ♥ Wait for the confirmation email from eclipsdesignhouse@yahoo.com or phone call from eclipsdesignhouse customer support team.

STEP 3 Clear the payment via ♥ E-banking 0r bank transfer - Make the payment via Maybank/ Public Bank after eclipsdesignhouse send you our account number. ♥ COD(Cash On Delivery) - Please contact us for further info such/to confirm the place and time for COD.

STEP 4 ♥ eclipsdesignhouse will re-confirms all the details with you after you clear the payment via E-Banking (need 3 days of processing period) and the item will be release and send out.

STEP 5 ♥ Receive your ordered item(s) within the period of delivery and you can enjoy!
